French innovators Devialet have today announced a new limited edition version of their popular Phantom II 98db wireless speaker. The new Deep Blue version will be limited to 1,000 pieces in the first wave, although Devialet have said there may be 2 or 3 more waves depending on demand.
Devialet claim it is ‘Inspired by the deep unknown, deep water, deep space, this colour is both soothing yet ominous, powerful yet tranquille keeping true to the nature of Phantom II’s ground-breaking high-end audio.’
In terms of the product itself, nothing has changed from the standard Phantom II 98db, it still delivers its incredible sound. Compact yet full of range from pure, crisp sound like a tidal force to full deep base as if diving deep under the open oceans.
