We understand hi-fi can be complicated and one of the many benefits of becoming a KJ customer is having an experienced in-house engineer who can offer advice in person, by phone or by email. When problems occur, they can often be sorted out on our premises, or sometimes in your own home. Our expertise extends to the specialised field of valve electronics and turntable maintenance and upgrade.

In short, we take the health of your equipment very seriously. It is something easy to forget about when you’re making an exciting purchase, but it’s not something we, as your first line of help, ever forget about.
